When you purchase a product from our MAGNADI collection, we hope you will love it. However, should you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24h from the date of your order.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS
*Due to the pandemic and in order to protect customers and employees, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.
WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
*Please note that in some countries orders incur additional costs, pursuant to local customs laws. In these cases, we have no control and cannot predict the additional cost amount. We recommend that you inquire with local customs regarding additional costs that may be incurred.
**Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
GIFTS
Gift cards are exempt from our Returns & Exchange policy; gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INSURANCE
We insure each purchase from dispatch and during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Upon delivery to the specified delivery address, responsibility of your order transfers to you and is no longer covered by our insurance. If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, we cannot be held responsible.
