The Mykonos windmills are iconic feature of the Greek island of Mykonos, and the first thing seen when entering the harbour of Chora. Most of them were built by the Venetians in the 16th century, but their construction continued into the early 20th century. A similar architecture found on all 16 windmills of Mykonos, with round shape, white color, pointed roof and very small windows.
