MAGNADI Statement on Covid - 19
Dear Customers,
As the impact of COVID-19 grows, I thought it is important that you hear directly from me about the mitigation efforts I have enacted to reduce the risk to you.
Priority is the health and safety of all of us. Doing my part to restrict the spread of disease in my workplace (home office), i have reinforced my standard cleaning practices for both my personal and my home good hygiene.
Adding increased frequency hygienic measures for things such as washing the floors and dust surfaces, wiping down all touch points, counters, tables, objects and packaging boxes, and showering and washing my hands regularly within the day. Sanitizing hand rub dispensers are in prominent places around the house.
This situation continues to change daily and as such, I will continue to follow the guidance provided by the WHO and the local health department, in addition to doing all that I can to keep safe myself and you.
The shipping providers I use such as the national post office for the international shipping, as well the local courier services for the domestic delivery are fully operational receiving incoming shipments from suppliers and making outgoing shipments to customers, complying with all local and government requirements. However, continued government restrictions and limited availability of transportation may continue to cause some delays in the supply chain and changes in the estimated time of arrival of your parcel. Please contact your local sales rep for specific questions.
In these challenging times, the thoughts of all of us are with all the people impacted by the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, especially those whose loved ones are fighting the illness.

Λόγω των υπαρχουσών συνθηκών θεώρησα σωστό να σας ενημερώσω προσωπικά για τα μέτρα που έχω λάβει προκειμένου να προστατέψω το χώρο εργασίας μου και εσάς.
Στηρίζοντας το #ΜΕΝΟΥΜΕΣΠΙΤΙ και τηρώντας όλες τις πρακτικές σωστής και υγιεινής καθαριότητας, προσωπικής και οικιακού χώρου, το inventory, η ετοιμασία και η συσκευασία των online παραγγελιών γίνονται προσωπικά από εμένα στο σπίτι.
Οι παραδόσεις παραγγελιών γίνονται κανονικά με το συνεργαζόμενο ΕΛΤΑ ή με την κούριερ υπηρεσία, λόγω όμως του μεγάλου όγκου εργασίας που καλύπτουν, υπάρχει σημαντική καθυστέρηση στην παράδοση.
Αυτό που ζούμε είναι πρωτόγνωρο και πρέπει να είμαστε όλοι ενωμένοι. Είναι δύσκολες οι συνθήκες για όλους και πρέπει να επιδείξουμε υπομονή και σύνεση, να ακολουθούμε τις επίσημες οδηγίες που μας δίνονται, και σας παρακαλώ μεγάλη προσοχή όλοι.
